How To Make Sanjivani Vati?

Ingredients

Vaividang (False Black Pepper) –   10%

Sonth (Ginger Rhizome) – 10%

Pippali (Long Pepper) –     10%

Haritaki or Harad (Chebulic Myrobalan)-     10%

Bibhitaki (Bahera) – 10%

Amla (India Gooseberry) – 10%

Vacha (Sweet Flag) –10%

Giloy (Guduchi) –     10%

Shuddha Bhallataka (Marking Nut) – 10%

Shuddha Vatsanabha –     10%

Cow’s Urine    Q.S.

Method:

First, take Siddha Bhallataka, Shuddha Vatsanabha and fresh stems of Giloy (Guduchi).

Then make a paste of giloy stem and blend Sudha Bhallataka and Shuddha Vatsanabha in it.

Now, add all grounded powder of all other ingredients and mix well in a mortar with the help of a stone pestle.

To this mixture add cow’s urine in the measured quantity, until it attains a paste-like consistency.

Pestle in the mortar for around 12 hours and make them into tablets.
